      Manor Chevakino belonged to nobles Zagryazhskoy, and then passed to Chevakinsky. Note that here was born Savva Chevakinsky (1713-1777), a master of the Baroque in Russia, the teacher VI Bazhenov, who decorated their works Petersburg.  

      By the way, a brilliant architect has not been able to get rich, as evidenced by the documents of those years. The ensemble of the estate dates back to the second half of the XIX century.
