Monument Rais Belyaev

Monument Rais Belyaev established in honor of this legendary man who made an invaluable contribution to the construction and development of Naberezhnye Chelny. The monument was designed in the form of a triangular plate symbolizes the construction of the city. Column which supports the plate symbolizes the construction of the plant, and the combination of these elements give breath to the city, depending on the plant. On the stove is located bas Belyaeva - it emphasizes the role of Raisa Kiyamovicha in the construction of the city and the factory.  

Monument Rais Belyaev was installed at the intersection of Prospect and Gidrostroiteley Musa Dzhalіlya. The opening ceremony took place on August 1, the second anniversary of the death of Raisa Kiyamovicha. After the main part of the program could posetitit evening in memory, as well as a photo exhibition, where you could browse the life Belyaev.
